Excellent all around. My parents have been longtime customers and I just made my second purchase as well. New washer and dryer are fantastic. Great and knowledgeable staff. No pressure and pushy sales people. Quality products. Family owned and operated. I would recommend them for all your appliance needs. They also take your old appliances when they deliver your new ones.

I had a great experience purchasing from this business. The salesman was very informative and provided comprehensive details about the Speed Queen machine we bought. When the machine was delivered, I noticed a dent on the side. Upon calling the company to discuss it, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they were already aware of the issue. They had issued a check for the damage even before my call and assured me it would be mailed the next day. I truly appreciated the respect and ease throughout the entire process and admired their honesty without any need for me to prompt further.

I just want to give a huge thumbs-up to Ritzman Appliance in Hales Corners. Over the weekend, I noticed a sweet smell coming from my refrigerator, and then the motor started clunking when it finished running. Bit of research gave me answers, and the cost of repair was not worth it on a 20-year-old fridge. I priced out what I wanted at all the Big Boxes and then checked Ritzman. With tax, fast delivery, and haul away, they were still cheaper than the Boxes. I ordered by phone on Monday, and they delivered Wednesday afternoon. The guys were in and out in 20 minutes, very polite, and got me all set up. If anyone needs a new appliance, definitely check them out, especially if you're unable to pick up or haul out on your own. The entire experience (minus having to pay for a new fridge) was 10/10.

I highly recommend Ritzman Appliance! We were interested in Speed Queen after a third set of washer/dryers failed (in my opinion) way too early. Jack was able to answer a lot of detailed questions, and I like how they have the innards on display so you can see the differences among brands. Prices are competitive and all-inclusive (hoses, cables, delivery, haul away). We were blown away by the service. Delivery was within a few days (!!!) Of course, it happened to be when we had a houseful of guests. The service technicians were timely, speedy, and very competent. They even managed to haul away the old and install the new appliances without any disruption to our card games -- our guests couldn't believe how quiet they were! Everyone was taking note of the Ritzman name on the delivery truck. Do yourself a favor, if you are in the market for a new appliance -- go to Ritzman.

I had a great experience with Ritzman Appliance's once again. On Monday I talked to BJ for advice on which freezer to get that would fit my space. An hour later Jenna was writing up the invoice. On Wednesday it was delivered. They notified me in advance of their ETA for delivery & were there promptly as expected. Super nice delivery guys...job done in 30 minutes. Highly recommend all of the staff.
